Jade is a Senior Associate with extensive experience in compensation and institutional abuse law. Since commencing with Kelso Lawyers in 2015, Jade has successfully represented victims of child sexual abuse against institutions such as the Catholic Church, the Anglican Church, the Australian Defence Force and Government departments across Australia.
Jade is also head of our National Redress Scheme team, and works with her team to achieve satisfying redress and recognition for our clients.
Having completed a psychology degree before pursuing law, Jade understands the trauma associated with childhood sexual abuse, as well as the complexities of psychiatric claims, and is able to apply this insight to work with her clients to ensure that their claims are handled in a sensitive and respectable manner.
