Jade and Grace are the most beautiful, caring human beings.
Throughout all of this they have been very supportive, caring and understanding of my situation. Nobody fights for me ever, nobody listens to me ever. I have been made to feel so special and a somebody. I really feel empowered from all the support I have received throughout the last two years. No questions was left unanswered and was always important to them for the first time in my 59 years. Someone believed me actually believed in what I had to say.

When I first started this journey 26 months ago, I honestly believed nothing would come of it and they would listen but just to make them look good. I was always expecting that letter or phone call to say sorry we can’t help you but it never happened, all I got was support and love. Jade and Grace have been truly amazing.
